Amoebic Dysentery disease can be prevented with the following remedies / steps:

  1. As Amoebic Dysentery occurs because of poor hygiene. One should always wash the hands with soap and water before taking food or after going to the bathroom.
  2. Unclean lavatories or kitchens should be avoided.
  3. Stay away from the infected people.
  4. Sharing of towels or other clothes should be avoided.
  5. One’s own clothing should be washed with proper soap and hot water.
  6. Drinks with containing ice should be avoided.
  7. Dairy products or unpasteurized milk should also be avoided.
  8. Food sold by street vendors or uncooked food should also be avoided.
  9. Diarrhoea can be treated by taking sufficient quantity of fluids. Eating as per your requirements is also good. Oral rehydration solutions also help to get rid of the problem
  10. Those travelling abroad should use bottled water or drinks with seals. Tap water should be avoided or boiled with purifying filter or tablets if it is necessary to use it.

Sweating and Body Odor

Following home remedies are also much effective in dealing with these issues in advantageous manners:


  1. Tea Tree Oil – This oil acts like a powerful antiseptic and kills bacteria & fungi that affect the armpits and body with bad smell and sweat. Enriched with sweet smell, tea tree oil spreads fragrance and soothes the skin.
  2. Turnip Juice – Body odor can be eliminated with this juice that contains vitamin C. Applying the juice relieves the sufferers from armpit sweating and odor.
  3. Tomato Juice – A natural antiseptic, tomato is able to kill bacteria. Taking bath in water by mixing some tomato juice in it provides quick relief. Internal use also works wonders. 
  4. Unscented Liquid Alum Deodorant – Mix alum powder, baking powder and alcohol and rub the mixture on the affected parts. Armpit sweating and odor can be got rid of with it.
  5. Witch Hazel – Odor-causing bacteria and pH levels of the skin can be controlled with its use. Enriched with the astringent properties, Witch Hazel helps to control sweat too. 
  6. Wheatgrass Juice – Contents of chlorophyll in this grass help to say NO to body odor and armpit sweating. Add this juice to water and make its use in even manners.
  7. Healthy diets – Balanced diets help to keep armpit sweating and odor at great distance. Foods containing whole grains, protein, pulses, fish, lean poultry, vegetables and fruits are good for one’s body that is protected from odor and armpit sweating. Toxic substances that aggravate the problem can be removed by taking sufficient water. Fried meat should be minimized. Easily digestible foods are advantageous.
